  3. Is Free Software/Open Source a realistic option for your organization?
    1. Urban vs. Rural (Biella)
      1. Urban. Much more realistic. Monthly Install Fests, LUGs willing to help. Can easily establish relationships with local LUGS. Two good example of activist LUGS:
        1. New York Linux Scene
        2. Portland Linux User Group
      2. Rural, not as much so, unless there is a local college. Often there are college LUGS.
    2. What type of Organization?(Joe)
      1. Larger organization with a full-time tech employee, well get them working on Linux!
      2. Volunteer run organization? Much harder unless you have a large pool of programmers to pick from.
